This seminar deals with the Simcenter Nastran Dynamic Response solutions, which allows the simulation engineer to analyze excited oscillations. The direct and the modal approach are both discussed in more detail as well as analyzes in the time and frequency domains. Therefore, the NX Response Dynamics solutions SOL 107, SOL 108, SOL 109, SOL 110, SOL 111 and SOL 112 are considered in more detail and the methods for successful application of these solutions are trained.

In this seminar only the linear dynamic solutions of Nastran are treated. In the seminar "Advanced Nonlinear methods with NX Nastran" the nonlinear solutions 601/701 are explained.
